Application

Applications can be made to the Integrated Family Service Centers, or to the Social Services Departments or social service department of public hospitals and specialist clinics. Eligibility for admission will then be determined by the Standardised Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services & Central Waiting List of Social Welfare Department.

Withdrawal

You should notify superintendent of Sze Tian Rhenish Home for the Elderly in writing one month in advance and complete the discharge procedures.
